Please inquire in store for more information or if using the calendar to book a delivery slot, we will attempt to deliver your prescription as near to the requested time as possible, although this may not always be possible.
Our prescription delivery service is there for anyone who finds it difficult to get to the pharmacy. That might be because of a health condition or mobility problem, because you are recovering from an operation or illness, or because you care for someone and cannot easily leave the house.
Once your prescription has been dispensed and checked by our pharmacist, our delivery driver will bring it to your door. If you use our repeat prescription service, we can arrange for your regular medicines to be ordered, collected from your surgery and delivered without you needing to make a separate journey.
For safety reasons, medicines must be handed to you or to another adult at the address. Please make sure somebody is at home at the time of your delivery. If no one is in, your medicines will be brought back to the pharmacy and we will contact you to rearrange. Some items, such as medicines that must be kept in a fridge and controlled medicines, need extra care and may require a signature.
If you need a medicine urgently, for example an antibiotic or a painkiller prescribed the same day, please telephone us so that we can advise on the quickest way of getting it to you. A friend or relative is also welcome to collect on your behalf.
Please let us know if your address or contact number changes, or if you will be away. Speak to a member of staff if you have any questions about deliveries, including the areas we cover.
