What we offer

If you need one of your regular medicines in an emergency when you are unable to contact your doctor, we may be able to help. We must stress that this can only be done in genuine emergencies. If you are registered with a GP in the UK there is no charge for the service - we can supply you with enough medication to last you, while you contact your GP for a prescription in the meantime.

It is at our discretion how many days of treatment to supply, and we may ask for your consent to access a summary of your GP medication record, to check some details. Some prescription items cannot be supplied in an emergency, for example codeine containing painkillers and controlled drugs.
